Justus is a bachelor of commerce, finance graduate from Bangalore University India He begun his career in operations as operations and Marketing manager of FedEx Rwanda, InterContinental Kigali and moved to other aspects of management that culminated in setting up of successful companies in Kigali. He is married.

Nyakulama Rhona Butare is a career valuer and property consultant. She holds name in property valuation, management and consultancy in London and Rwanda. She has over 7 years experience in all aspects of property consultancy. Rhona holds an Msc in international urban planning degree graduate, university of Cardiff (London) 5 years professional experience as a surveyor licensed practicing Valuer and estate agent and development of Information System for Kigali City Council on urban infrastructure rehabilitation and environmental management. She is married with 1 child.
